Terms and Conditions

By registering with CPC and participating in the College Soccer Prep Camp, the participant (or the participant’s parent or legal guardian if the participant is under 18 years of age) agrees to all the terms and conditions set forth below.

1. That the registration information submitted by the participant is complete and accurate.

2. That the participant is responsible for and has paid all registration fees.

3. That the participant has read and accepted these terms upon digital registration.

4. That CPC may arrange for participant to receive emergency medical or surgical treatment and hospitalization if necessary during camp.

5. That participant waives and releases the staff, camp management, and sponsors from any liability for any injury or illness incurred while at camp.

6. That participant understands there is a risk of injury as a result of camp activities, and knowingly and voluntarily assumes all risk of such injury.

7. That participant will be financially responsible for any medical attention needed during camp or resulting from an injury received at camp.

8. That participant certifies participant is physically able to participate in the soccer camp and that participant knows of no restrictions, physical impairments, or any other facts which in any manner limit participant in such a soccer camp.

9. That College Prep Camp retains the right to use for publicity purposes photographs of participants taken at camp.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Refunds in the event that the participant cannot attend any portion of the camp due to illness or injury will be determined on a prorated bases after deducting the cost of the t-shirt.
